Thư viện AI Prompts là nền tảng số cung cấp cơ sở dữ liệu các câu lệnh mô tả (prompt) dành cho các công cụ tạo ảnh bằng trí tuệ nhân tạo (như Midjourney, DALL-E, Google Gemini, Stable Diffusion).

• Quyền sao chép và tinh chỉnh: Bạn được phép sao chép, chỉnh sửa, thử nghiệm và tích hợp các prompt từ thư viện vào quy trình sáng tạo cá nhân hoặc công việc chuyên môn của mình.
• Tính chất phi thương mại của dữ liệu gốc: Thư viện cung cấp quyền truy cập mở và miễn phí vào cơ sở dữ liệu prompt. Chúng tôi không thu bất kỳ khoản phí thành viên nào để đọc hoặc sao chép prompt.

3. Hành vi bị nghiêm cấm

Khi sử dụng website, bạn cam kết KHÔNG thực hiện các hành vi sau:

• Thực hiện các cuộc tấn công kỹ thuật, gửi lưu lượng giả mạo quy mô lớn (DDoS), hoặc can thiệp trái phép vào máy chủ và cơ sở dữ liệu Cloudflare D1 của website.

• Mạo danh Thư viện AI Prompts hoặc thương hiệu Premium69 để kinh doanh lừa đảo hoặc phân phối phần mềm độc hại.

4. Quyền sở hữu trí tuệ của website

Toàn bộ thiết kế giao diện, bố cục thẩm mỹ, mã nguồn (HTML, CSS, JS), hệ thống phân loại danh mục, nhãn dữ liệu và biểu tượng của Thư viện AI Prompts thuộc quyền sở hữu và quản lý của Premium69.

5. Tính sẵn có của dịch vụ & Thay đổi tính năng

Tuy nhiên, dịch vụ có thể tạm gián đoạn do sự cố kỹ thuật của mạng cáp quang quốc tế, bảo trì hạ tầng đám mây hoặc các tình huống bất khả kháng. Chúng tôi bảo lưu quyền cập nhật, bổ sung hoặc loại bỏ các danh mục prompt mà không cần thông báo trước.

6. Giới hạn trách nhiệm pháp lý
